Can you restore
damaged photographs?
Absolutely. Torn, discolored and even bent
photographs can be digitally retouched once scanned.
In fact, once these photographs have been
restored, they can be printed again, often times
with great results. If you wish to have
the digital scans from your photographs for later
use, just let us know. There is an additional
charge for this service. Check the pricing
guide for more information.
Can I use negatives
or slides without having prints?
Sure. Slides and negatives can be scanned
just as easily as prints. Be sure they are
packaged carefully before submitting them for use.
We know how important these items can be:
we will take the utmost care in ensuring they are
returned to you exactly as you left them.
I plan on using
photos from a digital camera. Is that okay?
Yes. But there are some things to be aware
of:
1. Digital cameras vary greatly in quality. If
you have a choice, use prints, slides or negatives.
2. Be sure your pictures are shot at a middle to
high quality setting, with as little compression
as possible.
What file format
should my scans or digial photos be in?
We can convert from nearly every graphic format,
either PC or Mac. Whatever format your
digital photos are in, we'll make sure they look
their best on screen.
Should I be concerned
about using copyrighted music?
No. Because your video is intended for
private, non-commercial use, using copyrighted music
is covered under the Digital Home Recording Act
of 1992.
I'm in a hurry!
Can you finish my video in a few days?

will be added.
What other formats
can my video be output to?
Alhough VHS tapes are the most and most compatible,
a wide range of formats are available: DVD,
Hi8, S-VHS, MiniDV. Movies can also be output
on CD-Rom for viewing on a PC (VCD or SVCD format).
What are the payment
options or terms?
50% of the cost is due at commencement of the project,
with the balance due upon receipt of the competed
product.
